BARRE

Barre is an intensive body shaping experienced designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. No experience necessary.

HOT YOGA

Get ready to sweat. Hot yoga challenges your body and mind. The warmer temperatures increase the intensity of your workout and challenge your body’s endurance. Hot yoga removes toxins from the body and allows for greater range of motion in joints, muscles, and ligaments. We offer beginner and intermediate levels in a variety of room temperatures.

YOGA SCULPT

Boost your metabolism, build long lean muscles and have fun with a mix of Yoga Sculpt postures, light weight training and cardio exercises. Yoga Sculpt will tone each of your major muscle groups through a challenging and innovative sequence of exercises blending intervals of core training, yoga, isometrics and resistance work. Practiced in a heated room with high-energy music, this total body workout builds strength, stamina, and flexibility creating a more functional, balanced body. It is recommended you have an understanding of basic yoga postures before taking a Yoga Sculpt class.
